Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shelter personnel and client interactions

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines

• Assist clients in navigating shelter routines

• Maintain supply inventory and cleanliness standards

• Document incidents and client information accurately

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid and crisis intervention training

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills

• Fluency in English; other languages are an asset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-stress environment
