Clinical Support Worker

Become a Clinical Support Worker at Lookout Housing and Health Society, providing vital assistance to residents in a supportive residential setting. This full-time temporary position focuses on helping individuals achieve stability and independence.

This role directly supports adults facing housing and support challenges. Working under the Site Manager, you will assist residents, create service plans, and facilitate skill training aimed at fostering greater independence. You will collaborate closely with the community and maintain essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in resident intake and assessments

• Develop service plans and crisis interventions

• Support basic needs for residents long-term

• Maintain statistical and evaluative data

• Assist on-site volunteers and students

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate or Grade 12 education with 2 years' experience

• Familiarity with community resources and harm reduction

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
