In this essential role, you will connect with individuals in our Youth and Adult programs, helping them meet their emotional, social, and medical needs. As a key worker, you’ll facilitate community inclusion, guiding clients toward their personal goals while promoting life skill development. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide assistance in both crises and daily interactions, ensuring each client has the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop care plans with input from Program Manager

• Provide emotional support and role modeling

• Identify community services for client needs

• Collaborate on personalized treatment plans

• Monitor facility operations for quality control

Requirements:

• BC Class 5 driver’s license required

• Experience with high-risk individuals essential

• Diploma in behavioral sciences or related field

• Strong crisis management skills needed

• Must complete a Criminal Records Check
