In this role, you will ensure clients at the Community Resource Facility receive appropriate support and guidance in a respectful manner. Responsibilities include monitoring client whereabouts, conducting safety checks, and maintaining essential documentation for compliance. Your interpersonal skills will be vital in establishing connections with various stakeholders in the correctional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bed checks and document client interactions

• Monitor compliance with house rules and procedures

• Pack and inventory clients' personal effects

• Facilitate the intake of new clients as needed

• Maintain confidential records while communicating concerns

Requirements:

• Preference for first-year Criminology students or related majors

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Willingness to pursue First Aid/CPR training

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training preferred

• Must secure relevant clearances for work
