Community Resource Facility Support Worker

Become a CRF Support Worker at The Salvation Army, ensuring the safety and support of CSC clients. This position requires dedication to house rules and client well-being.

Ideal for someone with a background in social services or criminology, this role involves monitoring client activities, conducting bed checks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You'll liaise with police, Parole Officers, and CRF staff while actively participating in case conferences to support client rehabilitation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce rules and monitor resident behavior

• Conduct routine security checks and client bed inspections

• Log and report all relevant client data

• Facilitate the intake process in caseworker absence

• Assist in medication management as needed

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates in Criminology or related fields

• Effective communication skills are essential

• Current First Aid/CPR certification or training willingness

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training preferred

• Clearance through The Salvation Army’s screening processes
