Position: Full-Time Coordinator & Case Manager

In this role, you will manage comprehensive services, ensuring adherence to quality standards while supervising support staff. A university degree in healthcare or related field, coupled with two years of experience in case management, is essential. You will also require proficiency in Fist Aid, CPR, and conflict resolution skills to successfully manage client needs and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Support Workers and conduct evaluations

• Oversee development of individual client plans

• Train staff on effective service delivery

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Analyze program data for quality improvements

Requirements:

• University degree in social services or health management

• Minimum of two years supervision experience

• Skilled in working with challenging behaviors

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Valid class 5 driver’s license without restrictions
