Position: Internationally-Educated Health Jobs Specialist
Become an integral part of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. as an Employer Specialist dedicated to enhancing job opportunities for Internationally-Educated Health Professionals. This full-time position focuses on forging lasting employer partnerships.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in Career and Youth Services to develop placement strategies that meet both employer requirements and participant aspirations. Collaborate with both IEHPs and Case Managers to create tailored work experience plans that foster success. You will provide continuous support, ensuring that each participant meets their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct outreach to potential employers

• Enhance participant job readiness through mock interviews

• Maintain records of participant progress and support

• Develop strategic service plans with employers

• Facilitate workshops to increase employability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Social Sciences

• Minimum two years in a relevant professional role

• Expertise in career counseling and job placement

• Ability to engage with diverse communities

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends if necessary
