This role focuses on providing direct support and supervision to clients at the Community Resource Facility, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering a safe atmosphere. Key tasks involve documenting client activities, conducting rounds, and supporting case management efforts.
Your role is integral to building collaborative relationships within the correctional framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce house rules while ensuring client safety
• Log client movements and perform security rounds
• Assist in preparing intake documents for new clients
• Provide meal tickets and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly with team members and services
Requirements:
• Enrolled or preference for Criminology or related studies
• Effective communication skills with diverse groups
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is beneficial
• Successful completion of security clearances required
