Indigenous Resource and Support Worker

This full-time role is designed for individuals committed to supporting Indigenous clients in navigating legal and community resources. Your responsibilities will include maintaining case management, coordinating referral services, and connecting clients with cultural supports. You will play a crucial role in promoting clients' pathways to healing and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Client Service Team on legal strategies
• Stay updated on housing and treatment wait lists
• Connect clients to food security resources
• Assist clients in completing necessary documents
• Facilitate access to cultural support and programs
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in Indigenous communities
• Knowledge of trauma-informed support practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Clear criminal reference check and vulnerable sector clearance
