Join SOURCES as a Personal Development Guide focused on community inclusion. This role requires flexibility, independence, and a valid driver’s license to support individuals in achieving personal goals.

As part of the Community Inclusion team, you will work closely with clients facing various challenges, providing hands-on support tailored to their needs.

Your role will involve fostering relationships, collaborating on life skills, and actively seeking social and vocational opportunities. Sources values diversity and aims to empower individuals through inclusive practices, particularly those with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop supportive rapport with clients towards personal goal achievement

• Collaborate with support networks to co-design individualized services

• Assist in functional life skills for daily living

• Seek out community and vocational experiences actively

• Provide direct support as clients explore their communities

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license is mandatory

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities

• First Aid and Food Safe certifications preferred

• Flexible, empathetic, and self-motivated

• Willingness to engage in community activities
