Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety of clients and facility daily

• Conduct client interviews and gather background details

• Provide emotional support and advocacy during crises

• Maintain records, including logs and incident reports

• Encourage healthy choices through harm reduction practices

Requirements:

• Understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission and values

• Background check compliance for staff eligibility

• Team-oriented with capability to work in challenging conditions

• Experience in a social services environment preferred

• Willingness to handle bodily fluids or sharps
