UGM Recovery Care Worker Position

As a key team member, you will engage with clients, assisting them with various life skills and emotional needs. The position requires flexibility, including evening and weekend shifts, to effectively support clients in different states of crisis while promoting a recovery-oriented focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for and assist with obtaining community resources
• Supervise and care for infants as requested by participants
• Maintain proper records and documentation for services
• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
• Model Christ-like behavior and promote a healing environment
Requirements:
• 2 years related experience or relevant education
• Valid driver's license and Food Safe Certificate
• Basic computer skills for recording data
• Required training in crisis resolution and psychosocial intervention
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect
