Community Support Worker

In this permanent full-time role, you will provide essential support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll implement goal plans, lead person-centered programs, and contribute to daily living activities to ensure participants thrive. Collaboration with team members is key to delivering meaningful experiences that empower each participant's independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive program environment

• Support daily living activities alongside participants

• Implement and monitor individualized goal plans

• Lead engaging programs tailored to diverse abilities

• Provide outreach services through community activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Services or related field

• 1-2 years experience with developmental disabilities

• Skills in client-centered program development

• Valid First Aid/CPR and driver’s license

• Criminal and medical record clearances
