Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and assess financial situations

• Prepare documentation for client signatures

• Engage in outreach and promote debt relief solutions

• Facilitate client communication via in-person and phone interaction

• Support creditor and debtor relationships effectively

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in customer service, finance, or counseling

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Flexible to work one evening each week
