As part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing recovery-oriented goals and planning programs in a 68-unit supported housing environment. You will conduct psycho educational groups and provide individual support using therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This position demands collaboration with program staff and peer specialists to foster effective client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed care to residents with complex needs
• Oversee recovery-oriented goal setting and program planning
• Facilitate psycho educational groups and therapeutic support
• Collaborate with community case managers and housing providers
• Track and report client outcome measures effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• Minimum three years' experience in mental health or addictions
• First Aid Certificate required
• Criminal records check needed upon hire
