Your role will include building partnerships with local employers while supporting clients in achieving their employment goals. Additionally, you will participate in curriculum development and contribute to success narratives for program reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and client support sessions

• Create tailored job search strategies for clients

• Document participant progress and maintain confidentiality

• Engage in ongoing learning about trauma-informed practices

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma relevant to career development

• 1-2 years delivering career coaching services

• In-depth knowledge of LGBTQI+ workforce issues

• Effective relationship-building and communication skills

• Familiarity with virtual and in-person engagement tools
