As an Activation Aide, you will interact closely with residents, utilizing your understanding of their unique needs to design activities that promote well-being. Reporting to the Director of Resident Programs, you'll cultivate meaningful relationships and contribute to an environment that values each individual. This role is pivotal in delivering a resident-centered experience, enabling them to enjoy life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement tailored recreational programs

• Organize daily activities for holistic enjoyment

• Conduct assessments of resident interests and needs

• Keep detailed records of engagement and feedback

• Facilitate introductions among new and existing residents

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• Proven experience with senior populations

• Familiarity with leisure principles

• Valid work permit for Canada

• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
