Residential Support Worker - On Call

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise activities of residents during shifts

• Respond to resident questions and concerns

• Provide emergency assistance when necessary

• Facilitate intake and resident support processes

• Assist with connections to community resources

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; further studies an asset

• 10 months’ experience in supportive or residential settings

• Certification in First Aid/CPR preferred

• Training in crisis intervention or willingness to learn

• Criminal Record Check required for vulnerable adult work
