Become a full-time Residential Care Worker at the Developmental Disabilities Association in Vancouver, BC. This vital role supports individuals with autism through compassionate care and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care to a young adult with autism
• Engage in daily activities to promote social interaction
• Utilize adaptive communication systems for effective support
• Collect and document data related to behaviour and support
• Implement safety measures and sensory regulation techniques
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma related to developmental disabilities
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment
• Strong understanding of sensory processing needs
• Ability to lift and support individuals as needed
• Valid driver’s license and criminal record clearance
