Key Responsibilities:
• Coach adults with disabilities in job searching
• Educate employers on the importance of diverse hiring
• Advocate for clients in vocational settings
• Develop and implement responsive support programs
• Provide transitional support during employment searches
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma preferred
• 1-2 years experience in related roles
• Proficient in adaptive communication methods
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Crisis Intervention preferred
