Position: Supportive Program Resource Worker Role
Join the team at Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Program Resource Worker, dedicated to supporting adults with unique challenges. This part time position involves providing essential care and connecting guests with community resources.

As a Program Resource Worker, your responsibilities will include assisting guests with daily living tasks, documenting their progress, and facilitating social activities. This role is crucial for creating a respectful and safe space for vulnerable individuals. You should bring strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate access to community health and housing resources

• Perform medication administration and reminders

• Oversee recreational programs for clients

• Accompany guests to community appointments and activities

• Ensure accurate documentation of guest interactions

Requirements:

• Relevant certification or minimum Grade 12 education

• At least two years of related experience

• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate

• Crisis intervention training preferred

• Valid Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable populations
