Position: Senior Residence Worker at Connective
Empower individuals with Connective as a Senior Residence Worker. This role focuses on training staff and supporting clients in achieving their daily living goals in group homes.

In this unionized position, you will assist supervisors by providing orientation and guidance to residence workers while ensuring that clients' needs are met. Key tasks include overseeing operations during the supervisor’s absence, assessing client needs, and facilitating life skills training. You will maintain a supportive environment for residents and contribute to their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide orientation and guidance to residence staff

• Assist in program planning for individual residents

• Implement life skills training for residents

• Ensure clients' well-being and address emergencies

• Maintain accurate reports and client documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Behavioral Sciences or relevant field

• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities

• Certification in Emergency First Aid

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Personal transportation for client support
