Tenant Support Worker at Lookout Housing

In this temporary role, you'll report to the Site Manager, assisting tenants in achieving greater independence. You will engage in tenant intakes, develop service plans, and provide crisis intervention. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in tenant intakes and assessments

• Develop personalized service plans for residents

• Administer finances and medication to tenants

• Maintain statistical and evaluative data records

• Collaborate with volunteers and practicum students

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Service

• Minimum two years related experience

• Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector

• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate

• Class 5 BC Drivers’ License (if required)
