• Client Overview:
  Our client is seeking a Development Support team member to provide testing, documentation creation, and support to development teams in the gaming industry.
• Role
  
  Summary:
  
  This role is vital in ensuring the smooth testing and development operations of multiplayer game modes. The Development Support team member will collaborate with development teams, QA leads, and Core QA to provide valuable feedback and facilitate effective testing processes.

• Assist development teams in early testing and documentation creation.
• Provide feedback on the health and testing of specific areas/features.
• Field design questions from Core QA and act as the initial point of contact for development teams.
• Collaborate with QA leads to adjust testing based on their needs.
• Conduct network and connectivity testing for multiplayer game modes.

• Multiple development cycle experience with a focus on multiplayer game modes.
• Strong understanding of network and connectivity testing, including lag, latency, disconnections, matchmaking, and synchronization.
• Experience writing testing instructions or briefs.
• Experience estimating testing efforts.
• Strong documentation and organization skills.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with QA and Production teams.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong adaptable teaching skills.
• Familiarity with the "Gears of War" series.
