We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers building modern SaaS products.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring people, shaping technical direction, and contributing to high‑quality software delivery.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
- Drive delivery of scalable, customer‑focused SaaS solutions
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and occasionally hands‑on coding
- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and reliability
- Partner closely with Product and Design to execute on roadmap priorities
- Support initiatives involving AI, automation, and modern development workflows
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience building cloud‑based applications (GCP preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI‑assisted development tools
