Drive innovation through code - Ship high-impact features while constantly exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve our products and processes

Elevate the team - Participate in rigorous code reviews, share your learnings, mentor colleagues, and actively seek feedback to grow together

Pursue engineering excellence - Write clean, performant code while refactoring legacy systems. Leave every part of the codebase better than you found it

Must Haves

Proven track record - Strong portfolio demonstrating your evolution as an engineer and the impact of your work

Senior‑level fullstack expertise - Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems, mentor others, and drive technical decisions. This could come from professional experience, significant open source contributions, or a CS degree combined with substantial project work

Growth mindset - Evidence of continuous learning, whether through side projects, open source contributions, or technical writing

LLM integration experience - Hands‑on work implementing AI features in production environments

Engineering craftsmanship - Strong problem‑solving skills, self‑directed learning ability, and excellent technical communication

Nice to Haves

Experience with Next.js in production environments

Track record of building and scaling production systems on AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, or Vercel

Open source contributions or technical blog posts

Experience with performance optimization and system design at scale

Must be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada
