MuleSoft Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Mule Soft Developer to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API‑led connectivity, system integrations, and hands‑on Mule Soft development, along with the ability to guide junior developers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Lead the end‑to‑end design and development of integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• Architect Mule applications using API‑led connectivity (Experience, Process & System APIs).
• Develop RAML specifications, API contracts, and reusable integration components.
• Work closely with solution architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Build, test, deploy, and monitor Mule Soft APIs and integrations using CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure Mule applications follow best practices, security guidelines, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support as needed.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to maintain quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Contribute to integration strategy, reusable assets, and best‑practice frameworks.

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Mule Soft development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, and API Manager.
• Deep understanding of API‑led architecture, integration patterns, and microservices principles.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, connectors, Data Weave transformations, and error handling frameworks.
• Solid experience with MUnit test cases and Dev Ops pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.).
• Knowledge of security protocols: OAuth, JWT, TLS, Client t, etc.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
• Mule Soft Developer/Architect certification(s) preferred.
