In this contract role, you will own a medium-sized domain in the Core Customer 360 platform. With over 8 years of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud experience, you'll leverage your expertise to develop solutions and conduct security assessments. Engage in code reviews, mentor peers, and drive platform enhancements with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and own product domains within Salesforce Customer 360
• Debug systems by leveraging deep understanding of components
• Conduct security assessments and review Salesforce updates
• Create and refactor technical documentation for performance improvements
• Mentor team members via code reviews and pair programming
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud solutions
• Expertise in REST/SOAP/Graph
QL API integrations
• Proficient in Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong version control and CI/CD practices with Git
• Knowledge of guest/customer identity models
