Position: AWS Software Engineering Manager Role
Lead innovative engineering at Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Manager. Oversee a talented team in designing and deploying critical cloud services for global customers.

As a key member of the AWS Utility Computing team, you'll drive the development of services within Compute, Database, and Storage sectors, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality standards. Your leadership will help hire and nurture engineers, contributing directly to the growth and agile delivery of high-demand services. You'll regularly engage with AWS leadership and handle cross-team collaborations to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software engineers in service design and deployment

• Hire and mentor motivated engineering talent

• Ensure architectural integrity and operational excellence

• Collaborate with other AWS teams for feature delivery

• Protect customer data and simplify enterprise solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing engineering teams

• 7+ years in engineering roles

• 8+ years developing multi-tier web services

• Knowledge of full software life cycle practices

• Experience working with product management teams
