Position: Flutter Developer for Retail Systems
Join Insight Global as a Flutter Developer, transforming the in-house POS systems for one of Canada's largest independent retailers. You will enhance performance, build resilient UIs, and integrate hardware in retail environments.

In this role, you'll work on the store systems team, leveraging your solid experience with Flutter and Dart for both mobile and desktop platforms. Your focus will be on creating offline-first user interfaces that cater to sales, returns, and inventory management. We need someone with a strong grasp of Flutter’s architecture and the ability to handle API consumption in challenging network conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mobile and desktop applications using Flutter

• Design offline-tolerant UIs for POS systems

• Optimize performance for long-running store sessions

• Integrate hardware components like scanners and printers

• Collaborate with a team in a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Flutter/Dart across platforms

• Familiarity with .NET/C# and Linux/Unix

• Understanding of Flutter's UI architecture

• Experience with retail or POS frontends
