SAP iXp Intern – Agile Test Developer

Responsibilities- Develop new frameworks and tools related to continuous integration, continuous delivery and end‑to‑end test automation
- Assess new technology projects and tools, or migrate our environments to new versions to keep up with the rapid pace of change
- Gain experience in communication and technical skills working with Product Experts and other Agile Developers
- Develop superior skills in software design, testing and analyzing code, and first‑to‑market strategy
- Design and execute test scenarios to fully exercise user stories
- Employ continuous integration, test driven development, unit tests, end‑to‑end automation, risk analysis and testing best practices
- Participate in sprint planning meetings, estimate user stories, commit and execute on team tasks
- Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement
- Results‑oriented approach and courage to take initiative
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self‑motivated can‑do attitude
- Solid programming skills in JavaScript and Java (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and at least one leading JavaScript framework (e.g., jQuery)
- Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms and principles of object‑oriented design
- Understanding of databases and web application servers
- Previous internship experience is an asset
- Seeking students who can commit to an 8‑month full‑time internship starting September 2026
Computer Science or Engineering
EligibilityMust be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
Language RequirementFunctional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec context.
