Earn In is on the lookout for a Senior Web Engineer to innovate user experiences with modern frontend tech. The role offers a robust platform for impactful development in a dynamic environment.
In this position, you'll partner with Product and Design to create scalable and maintainable frontend solutions. You should have a deep technical background, enjoying the process of defining solutions in uncertain scenarios. Your expertise in modern frontend development, combined with strong collaborative skills, will be crucial in driving product initiatives within the Early Bets team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve scalable frontend architecture for user solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements
• Lead the development of frontend systems, ensuring performance
• Establish best practices for frontend engineering
• Mentor and raise the quality standard for code and architecture
Requirements:
• 4+ years of industry experience in frontend development
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Expert-level skills in React, Type Script, and Next.js
• Experience building applications in cloud environments
• Knowledge of AI-assisted tools is advantageous
