Position: Feature Producer for The Sims 4

As a Feature Producer, you will apply your 2+ years of experience with live services to improve content pipelines and ensure quality releases. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Verification team and partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate strategies into technical requirements. Your insights will contribute to the ongoing success of The Sims 4, a game beloved by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration of storefront content based on merchandising calendars

• Ensure quality by coordinating with Quality Verification teams

• Troubleshoot live issues and coordinate with partner teams

• Validate technical feasibility of project plans

• Partner with teams to translate strategy into requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in live service or social networks experience

• Familiarity with live operations content release pipelines

• Proficiency in troubleshooting at various content pipeline stages

• Experience with internal and external live operations tools

• Strong cross-team coordination skills
