Scale Pad is searching for a proactive Senior Software Developer to enhance essential systems for 12,000 MSPs globally. You’ll actively partake in the complete software development lifecycle while mentoring peers and collaborating on high-impact features.
Your role is pivotal in translating complex business issues into effective software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on platform solutions with C#, SQL, and AWS tools
• Analyze requirements and design dynamic software systems
• Implement features using agile methodologies and rapid feedback
• Keep thorough records of systems to aid in future adjustments
• Inspire and support junior engineers through mentorship
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of hands-on SaaS development
• Expertise in C#/.NET and React/Type Script
• Solid SQL knowledge and database designs
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure environments
• Engage with AI tools for improved development practices
