Become a Frontend Architect at Earn In and lead critical product initiatives that enhance user engagement. This senior role focuses on scalable architecture and fostering development excellence.

As part of Earn In's Early Bets team, your responsibilities will include defining technical solutions and collaborating closely with Product and Design. You will be tasked with crafting scalable frontend architecture using React, Type Script, and Next.js while ensuring high code quality and performance standards. Your mentorship will elevate the skills of junior engineers and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture of complex frontend systems with modern technologies

• Collaborate with teams to refine product requirements

• Implement coding standards and best practices for frontend engineering

• Mentor engineers to enhance architectural thinking

• Monitor frontend performance and reliability metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend or web development

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science

• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks and technologies

• Familiar with cloud platforms relevant to frontend delivery

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a bonus
