In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of essential tools and systems. You will develop content pipelines integrated with Unreal Engine 5, manage team dynamics, and inspire your team while hiring fresh talent. Supporting a robust code delivery process, the focus will be on identifying optimization opportunities across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tool system implementation and maintenance efforts

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, bug-free code

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in game programming

• Leadership experience of at least 2 years

• Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with Unreal Engine

• Knowledge of UI/UX design;

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
