Join Mastercard’s creative team in Vancouver as a Software Engineer II (SDET). Create low-latency, high-performance solutions for the Fraud Management Platform using Java.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing capabilities on Mastercard's Decision Management Platform, which processes millions of transactions. Engage with Agile teams and collaborate with Product Owners and developers to understand user needs while delivering secure and productive software.
Responsibilities- Design Java solutions for fraud detection systems
- Participate in Agile Scrum team activities
- Research and present alternative technical solutions
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain documentation standards set by Mastercard
- Robust command of Java and J2EE technologies
- Experience with database management systems
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Comfortable with command line and Linux
