About the Role

Evisort Engineering is growing, and we're searching for a Sr. Manager, Software Development Engineering, to join our team. In this role, you'll bring together and mentor a team of talented engineers with various backgrounds and skills. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Design to maintain and expand our leading contract management solutions. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our ambitious goal of delivering outstanding AI s will transform how companies of all sizes optimize and streamline their contract negotiation and management processes.

You'll play a key role in advancing our AI initiatives and delivering outstanding value to a wide range of clients, from legal departments to business professionals across the globe.

What you'll do:

Collaborate extensively: Partner with engineering, machine learning, product management, and design teams to bring our vision, strategy, and roadmap to life.

Cultivate an inclusive team culture: Develop a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages experimentation and innovation, and promotes a deep understanding of both our business and engineering best practices.
