In this senior role, you will design and implement USD-based tooling, refine workflows, and validate production assets for game engines. Working closely with the Principal Engineer, you will unlock creative collaboration and streamline asset exchange across Sony and beyond. Your contributions will ensure that the ODA platform meets the needs of real-world game production.

• Design USD-based tooling for asset exchange
• Develop workflows supporting DCC to ODA transitions
• Validate solutions using real game production assets
• Build Python APIs and CLI tools for studio integration
• Create technical documentation for ODA implementation

• 4-6+ years in pipeline or tools development
• Experience with game engine integrations, especially Unreal
• Advanced skills in C++ or Rust programming
• Solid understanding of DCC pipelines like Maya
• Familiarity with USD assets and material translation issues
