Position: Maxis Feature Producer Role
Become a Feature Producer at Maxis, part of Electronic Arts, and shape captivating gaming experiences. Collaborate in a creative environment focused on live operations and content delivery.

In this role, you will lead the development of storefront content and ensure quality releases by working alongside the Quality Verification team. You will respond to live issues effectively, leveraging your understanding of internal tools to guide improvements and establish technical feasibility across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee storefront content configuration based on merchandising calendar

• Coordinate with Quality Verification to ensure top-quality releases

• Troubleshoot live issues and escalate concerns with partner teams

• Guide improvements using a detailed understanding of internal tools

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in live service or social networks

• Familiarity with live operations content release pipelines

• Proficiency in troubleshooting content issues

• Experience in cross-team coordination and collaboration

• Ability to maintain production-level quality in live service features
