Senior Software Developer

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale, public-facing applications and APIs. We are also seeking someone with solid knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, and test automation tools and concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Extensive experience in C++
• Experience working in a large code base
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with databases (Berkeley, Postgres)
• (Desirable) Successful delivery of a large-scale public-facing application
• (Desirable) Strong knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and Dev Ops
• (Desirable) Experience developing cloud applications in Azure
• (Desirable) Experience developing applications in C++, C# and .NET
• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years of software development experience

• We are seeking a Senior Software Developer experienced in C++ and C# development within on-premise or cloud platform development environments who can provide hands‑on technical leadership in new product development and maintenance activities
• Key contributor within the Scrum team:

• Developing on Avigilon Unity Video Products to be used by security professionals around the world

• Participating in defining and executing the direction for build pipelines, containerization, Dev Ops tooling, and test automation
• Providing end‑to‑end software solutions, encompassing design, architecture, implementation, maintenance, and user support
