As part of the CX Platform team, you will influence key customer-facing engineering initiatives, collaborating closely with product and design to enhance functionality and user experience. Your work will involve developing intelligent self-service tools and AI-driven features that benefit both travelers and internal agents. Expect to play a critical role in creating systems that facilitate high-quality support across various interaction channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build scalable backend systems for HTS Assist and self-serve flows
• Develop APIs and orchestration logic for diverse customer journeys
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance agent workflows
• Integrate complex external systems for effective deployments
• Lead features from technical design to performance analysis
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Expertise in modern full-stack development
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure at a senior level
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
