This full-time, permanent position invites experienced candidates to join the GenAI & Cognitive AI Pod. You will work closely with AI leadership, focusing on building and deploying cutting-edge LLM workflows, agentic pipelines, and advanced use cases in document intelligence and NLP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end LLM workflows from data to response

• Design agentic AI pipelines for decision making

• Develop innovative use cases in document intelligence

• Optimize retrieval quality and prompting strategies

• Collaborate on RAG pipelines for AI service enhancement

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of AI or software engineering experience

• Proficient in Python and SQL programming

• Expertise in Azure cloud deployments

• Familiar with Generative AI workflows and APIs

• Knowledgeable in CI/CD best practices

Bring expertise in AI systems and strong programming skills to lead advancements in Generative AI.
