Join Unblocked as a Senior Software Engineer and transform software development in Vancouver. Drive impactful projects while mentoring team members and cultivating a collaborative environment.

As a key player at Unblocked, you will harness your software development expertise in Kotlin, Type Script, and Python to build and scale core systems. Your experience with microservices and APIs will be essential in delivering exceptional user experiences and optimizing security. Be part of a team that values input and creativity throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture of high-performance core systems

• Ensure scalable data pipeline efficiency and integrity

• Build secure, reliable integrations with APIs

• Collaborate closely with design and frontend teams

• Liaise with security and Dev Ops teams for resilience

Requirements:

• Based in Vancouver, working on-site 4 days weekly

• Proficient in modern programming languages

• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs

• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Demonstrated leadership in team projects
