Press Ganey is on the hunt for an experienced Software Engineer with more than six years in Angular/React development. In this hybrid position, you will lead front-end design efforts and contribute to planning and documentation processes. Mentoring junior developers and ensuring project specifications are met will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement front-end enhancements and bug fixes
• Participate in detailed iteration planning sessions
• Conduct peer reviews and follow up on feedback
• Mentor junior developers on standards and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 6+ years in front-end development with Angular/React
• Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and JSON API
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git Lab, and SQL
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
