In this hybrid role within the Speech Team, you'll integrate multiple TTS vendor APIs while driving research on TTS architectures. Your work involves linguistic optimization and conversational turn design to create natural-sounding, trustworthy AI interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Own TTS backend implementation and vendor API optimization

• Ensure TTS input naturalness through linguistic expertise

• Craft context-specific utterances for trust-building

• Manage LLM and TTS prompts for various industries

• Design logic to expose customizable voice attributes

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Speech Synthesis or Voice Design

• Strong Python skills and deep learning framework experience

• Degree in Computational Linguistics or similar

• Experience with major TTS APIs and backend development

• Knowledge of speech quality metrics and A/B testing
