In this senior role, you will have a significant impact on contact center operations throughout North America. Your hands-on experience with configuring NICE CXone, alongside strong API integration skills, will be vital in optimizing deployments and managing systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Design IVR call flows and routing logic with CXone Studio
• Develop API integrations for CRM and payment systems
• Configure ACD, skills, queues, and agent setups
• Support testing and deployment processes (DEV-UAT-PROD)
• Troubleshoot scripts and platform issues effectively
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years in CCaaS platforms (NICE CXone preferred)
• Experience with IVR scripting and call routing
• Strong API integration skills (REST, web services)
• Knowledge of contact center operations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
