Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement CI/CD infrastructure and tools
• Collaborate with teams on best practices in development
• Design strategies for seamless developer onboarding
• Optimize developer workflows to minimize friction
• Represent Dev Ex in technical forums
Requirements:
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years in platform engineering or developer productivity
• Strong hands-on skills in modern programming languages
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Ability to balance standardization with developer autonomy
