Overview
Dawson Group is looking for a permanent, full‑time Digital Innovation Developer. The position focuses on designing, developing and maintaining information systems to improve operational efficiency across Dawson Group’s digital transformation initiatives. The role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, design, develop and maintain information systems to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with Right Metric leadership, product, and data teams as well as Dawson Group sister companies to shape, establish, and deliver digital transformation solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to embed AI across businesses, integrating systems, automating processes, and leveraging intelligent solutions.
- Design and develop logic layer of the digital ecosystem, turning manual processes into automated outputs.
- Lead solution architecture and drive high‑velocity development culture across the organization.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions, ensuring technical ownership, scalability, and governance.
- Orchestrate AI‑driven workflows that gather data, analyze trends, and produce business outputs with traceability.
- Deliver rapid proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) within short 2–3 week cycles, maturing the highest‑value prototypes into stable, maintainable outputs.
- Act as a trusted technical partner, translating business needs and operational pain points into actionable solutions.
- Serve as technical liaison for internal teams and third‑party developers, providing architectural guidance for scalable, sustainable systems.
- 3–6 years of experience in software development or product management.
- 1–3 years of designing, building, and maintaining automation or digital workflow solutions, including integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts.
- Proficiency with modern development languages such as Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Experience using Git Hub for source control and working with APIs, system integrations, and cloud‑based business platforms (e.g., CRM, collaboration systems).
- Familiarity with modern AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot) and hands‑on use of AI tools (LLMs, agent development, API‑to‑Agentic frameworks).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into transparent technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering maintainable, scalable, high‑quality solutions.
- Self‑directed, curious, and proactive working style, comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment.
