In this senior role, you will take charge of Salesforce builds including automation, data models, and UI components. You will establish integration contracts, manage risks, and mentor engineers, ensuring that all developments adhere to high-quality standards.
Your role is vital in aligning engineering efforts with project management for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Salesforce delivery from design to deployment
• Oversee platform-level architecture and automation
• Define API/data contracts and manage integrations
• Enforce rigorous engineering practices and quality
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative culture
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in complex Salesforce projects
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Flows, and LWC
• Strong understanding of deployment strategies
• Ability to manage multi-workstream projects
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
